Crashes on Launch

When I first downloaded and PAID for the app, it worked well as I set it up with custom names. However, after shutting it down, it no longer works when I launch it. It starts up, shows one IP address sometimes, and then crashes with an error report option to apple.

iMac with Mavericks, not good!
